Enforcement Policy Director

Arno Kooij has been an Enforcement Policy Director at the Customs Administration of the Netherlands since 1 December 2019.

Arno Kooij was a director of the Customs National Tactical Centre from 2016 to 2019. Before that, he worked for Customs for eight years as a director of Rotterdam Rijnmond and deputy director of the Port of Rotterdam. In addition to working for Customs, he has worked for the Fiscal Intelligence and Investigation Service and as a senior policy officer at the Ministry of Finance. Arno Kooij has completed the Master of Public Management course at the University of Twente.
